Remember to what how the job setup is, where the material (Z) is at the bottom, where the thickness is 1/2 the cylinder thickness. Outline 1/2 of one of the chest pieces and put the edge of the center line of the material, then draw two line, top and bottom of the outline across the width of the material.(fig1) Then do a two-rail sweep.(Fig 2) Under the Toolpaths menu, Toolpath Drawing, Wrap X or Y Values ( my case it's X value). When you hit the OK button it will give you the size of the cylinder with the circumstances flatten out. My case I use the Y axis (wrap X values). I think the setup would be the same as it is in Aspire, so do a wrap job setup, depending on which way the rotary device sits on the bed of the CNC machine, select the Cylinder Orientation.
